Look back at last week for Lindybird's lovely Remembrance Day poem and related posts.
Veteran's Day was yesterday here, but there were some events today judging by the various planes that flew in formations along the beach.
Best thoughts to all this week..
Margo: I am so very sorry for your loss. I know you're hurting. Sending you hugs and strength.
Get some rest and take care of yourself.
Clare and Limpy: My condolences on your loss. Hugs to both of you.
Evening all: Breezy and cool here, but sunny.
Margo: So very sorry to read your sad news. What a struggle it's been for all of you. Very thoughtful of you to let us know so soon. You have been in our thoughts - and we are all here for you.
Limpy: Hadn't realized you too had lost someone near and dear. Hugs to you and Clare.
Diane: Hope RTH put out the red carpet when you got home after last weekend.
Heather: Do take care of yourself; not sure I like the sound of your new job.
Take care everyone....
Margo, so sorry to hear the sad news about your sister. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. Words are inadequate ... Take care of yourself, and take comfort from the fact that your dear sister is now at peace and is no longer suffering.
Good Morning. Dry here.
Limpy - I didn't see your further post as I went to bed. It was very thoughtful of you and Clare not to mention your own problems, as we've had such sad times on here of late. My condolences to you, Clare and the family on your loss. {HUGS}
Margo my heartfelt condolences on your loss ... my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this very sad time.
Hello to everyone else who remembers me! ... I have been a lurker for some time, taking a break from all things 'computer'
My condolences also to Clare and family on your bereavement.

Heather B said:I'm experiencing a new world, that of full time carer. Don't know how long my new job will last! I might just have to put in for a pay rise lol.
Friend & I (who are not aging) were moaning one day about our aging OHs - that we didn't read the small print on the contract!
It's what catches a lot of people out, AQ!
Your OH is very lucky to have you, Heather.
It's just as well we none of us know what life is going to throw our way, I always say.

Here is a quote I like:
"Life is difficult. This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths..... because once we truly see this truth, we transcend it."
