Whats happened to the bird feeder webcam at Loch Garten, as after a few days it's ofline and has been for quite a number of days now?
Regards,
Ian.
Very strange, Ian, it comes up fine for me. Nothing on it at the moment but it is definitely live since the end of the string tying the bottom of the feeder to the tree is moving in a slight breeze and as I was typing this the night cam came on.
Kind regards, Ann
If you look closely it's just a still picture and underneath it says every 2 minutes as that the period they are updating the picture from 2.minutes earlier. It's not the normal live bird feeder webcam as it's delayed and just showing an updated photo from 2 minutes earlier

I've just checked on Carnyx Wild and it is as you say actually working the webcam there right now, Apologies about that. But it's just a delayed 2 minute still picture on the RSPB website.
What link are you using, Ian? This is the one I have:
www.carnyx.tv/.../Scotland.aspx
and there is nothing about every '2 minutes' that I could see under the picture. Leaves moving and it does say 'live' when I scroll over the pic. Rather puzzling.
Never mind, Ian--you posted before I could! All's well that ends well.
I was using the Loch Garten page on the RSPB website where the webcam is there normally as well. I have checked Carnyx Wild the webcam is working. But for some reason not on the RSPB website like it normally does as well.
