Well folks, its been a disappointing day in the fact that the three bairns will not be named, tagged or ringed but that has come from official lines as I hope all of you have seen and we have to acknowledge the expertise of the powers that be.Nevertheless, there has been a lot of wing exercising and mini flights on the nest during the course of the day. Not many fish were delivered, but hey, they have to get trim so they can fledge properly.
Paul, you will see that I have replied to you on the last of the posts for yesterday.
All at peace and sleeping with the odd plink plonk of what sounds like rain.!!!!!!!
Happy viewing and see you in the morning, night, night.

RSPB Giving Nature a Home
Two are now up and taking food from EJ, third one is watching the world go by.
Now only one feeding as the other one has joined its sibling to watch the world go by.
Oh great ... Odin has delivered a fish! Given that I will not be able to watch much until later today, it probably means at least one fledging will happen!!

Now all three are up
Morning, All. Have been busy reading all the Comments on the Main Blog <SIGH>
Nice to see that they have recently had their morning fish, & the sun is shining on the nest again.

One has fledged at LOTL - 09.09 this morning
Emma - that's brilliant news about the fledging at LOTL
Thats good news from LOTL, EmmaP - thanks for that.
Have to agree with DjoanS - every time I've logged on lately, the 1st thing I do is count the bodies on the nest!
No doubt at all that at least one of 'ours' will fledge today, they are so keen. Many Thanks to all the Night Shift for their comments, posts and pics.
Too bad that you can't watch much today DjoanS. I think we'll have lots of practise flights today which are great fun. Whether we have a fledging or not - we'll just have to wait in anticipation. I hope there will be plenty of pix for you. I haven't mastered that skill but am grateful to all the others on here who have and post them regularly.
Lindybird - I'd lay bets that one will fledge between about 10.30 and 3.00 .... when I won't be watching!!
