Well I don't often get the honour of starting a new thread, think it is only about the second time this season.
Rather than try to write out a round up of yesterdays happenings, it is much quicker to do a LINK to Birdie Num Num's brilliant SUMMARY report.
Our days of seeing EJ and the family are numbered now, it has been a fantastic season, and a productive one, with two healthy juveniles. Long may they fly safe and hopefully be sighted back in the UK in two years time.
It is an empty nest, but I can hear Odin or EJ alarm calling off nest. (SCYLLA yeah I have sound back) :-)
EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
It looks like a misty start to the day, but could lead to a fine sunny day, I really hope it is a nice day today. :-)
All quiet again, or I have gone into a buffer.
We have a juvie on the nest with a fish, sorry don't know when it was delivered as was in a buffer yet again.
Whoever has the fish is still in the same position Left hand side of nest, munching away!
Not much change, wish I could see who has the fish..... will have to wait on SCYLLA or Birdie for that.
I am a very happy bunny this morning, YEAH ANDY won GOLD (Again)!!!!!!!
Some calling off cam..... other Juvie.
Other Juvie has arrived on the nest. I think it is Rowan with the fish, and he is walking it round to the other side of the nest away from Willow :-)
Silence again so no doubt in a Buffer.
Been up since 4.30 so have to go now. Will pop back later to catch up.
Good morning, all. We have a bird and a respectably sized fish:
We also have a corvid:
Our youngster pauses to take the visitor in:
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
I hope the size of that fish is a sign EJ is still with us. She will surely be off this week.

That's both boys fed:
