I don't remember ENS setting in so starkly, so early towards the end of the season as it did yesterday, when, after the breakfast fish were done with, there were no further sightings of an osprey on the nest until Odin paid a short, late evening visit* with a fish (piece)...
.
... just as EJ had done two evenings before - since when she has not been seen!
Presumably the Centre will issue a blog if they haven't seen her either - but maybe she's just fishing for herself and stopped catering for the children... or maybe she's been delivering to the trees. Most unusual not to have seen any more fish brought to the nest during the day.
*Thanks to BIRDIE for spotting Odin's visit.

I don't think I'll be here for morning duties :(
Good Morning Scylla
Thanks for starting us off and for the catch up of yesterday. After early morning I was out for the whole day until late last night. I kept thinking of EJ when I was out and wondering if she would be seen on the cam yesterday. Hopefully we will hear from the VC if she has finally gone and when she was last sighted.
At the moment it is empty nest, I thought I heard a couple of calls a minute ago, but very faintly.

Still an empty nest, all I can hear is the wind blowing now.
There is one juvie on the nest cannot see who, or when they arrived as I have been trawling through emails.
I have no sound either!

Good morning Mary and Moffer!
Birdies LG DU update.
Morning Mike
Brilliant Moffer capturing EJ bringing in a fish. So our girl is still around (big smiles all round) :-)
I think there may be an intuder around. EJ was mantling over the fish, and Rowan was mantling and shouting just now.
EJ brought the fish back, followed by Willow. Rowan has the fish
She's flown.
