Morning all someone sitting

33 is sitting on the nest, contemplating the season, before he goes. I was waiting for the cloud to disappear, but have caught these meanwhile
and then it came out

Back again Sheila. Same pose.
Birdies LG DU update.
I "temporarily" stopped my downloader from monitoring around 1300hr, so's I could catch up with some YouTube subscriptions... and forgot to switch it back on again ;'( So the afternoon is missing up to just now when I realised >:(
However, here's a nice little clip of Maya shouting on the nest - please get sound for next season, ROP :-* and Blue33 flying by:
Blue33 brought in a forked stick, it was wobbly, Maya was shouting, she flew off:
Lots more extractions done, hundreds of snaps... this nest is irresistible :-/

Just thought! No fish seen up to lunchtime - would MIKE or SHEILA, who I know have been watching, have spotted a delivery in the afternoon?
Thankyou all for the wonderful photos and updates throughout the season. Looks like they will all be gone soon, but what a season it has been:) I would like to know how the other nests have done particularly 30(05) and all the others! I think it has been said somewhere that it has generally been a good season. What has 28(10) been up to. Wish them all a safe journey to their winter homes.
Look forward to seeing them next year, which will come round like a flash :)
Maybe we may spot S1,S2 AND S3 next spring, that would be good, but most of all long to see Maya and B33 back again. Good luck to those lovely chicks, they've had a fantastic start in life.
Around 1700hr, Blue33 did some fine-tuning and nestcupping and flew off:
He was followed by what 3 hours of research ;-D has told me was possibly a Black-headed Gull in non-breeding plumage - please confirm or contradict!
Blue33 has been working like a lascar, I shall feel heartbroken for him when, on his return next spring, he will find his endeavours have been in vain and the nest drastically reduced ;-)
I've been checking up on KAREN, I got worried because she's not here - however, quote Karen on 4 August:
Only a bit over 2 weeks and we'll be at Rutland, so I hope they are all still around then...
I do hope she's been having a great time watching Maya and Blue33 :-)
Still ens. Good morning Scylla
