ENS tonight again. Yesterday evening brought the Carnyx site to life, and the cam soon after. The last fish to be delivered had no juvie takers. However, yesterday also brought a report of a juvenile trying to catch fish in Loch Garten - Willow or Rowan.
And before the cam returned, we got a report from Chris at the VC catching us up that EJ had brought an enormous rainbow trout that morning. He then posted again to let us know about intruders that EJ had to take care of.

Good morning, NOC (I expect you are long gone!).
I shall be signing off shortly. Currently am recording the cam-down Carnyx pic with 5-minutely refreshes and shall continue recording whatever's onscreen.

Very picturesque and exciting, no doubt, but not what you and our ospreys need! Thank you for updating us :-)
Thank you Julie for informing us - we will just have to be patient.

Hi everyone! The excitement continues and we currently have no internet at LG owing to the heavy rain and thunderstorms...apologies. We have techy-guys on the case, but it might be that we need a technician to make a site visit, in which case we're not going to be back up any time soon. Obviously we're working on this as hard as we can...please bear with us.

Oh dear, what a shame. We had bad thunder and lightning last night also, and just now a dreadful downpour, the drains could hardly take the water. Got a bit wet!! Hope all will be up and ruining soon. Still only able to dip in and out here in my lunch hour as the internet saga continues!
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I just hope the juveniles are fine, and EJ and Odin too, and all the other ospreys, and birds, and... just keep safe everyone in the storm!

What a disappointment! Same as noc, I wish everyone at Loch Garten to stay safe while in the midst of a violent summer storm. Thank you to those at the LG VC for being thoughtful enough to keep us online viewers updated. xx
