Happy New Week and Happy Full Moon on Tuesday!
Bring some of that heat over here, AQ. Yes going to the continent the heat is dryer and therefore one can sit out in it more but here you just want the shade as you melt in the humid heat.
Love hearing all your news even if I don't reply to all.

Heather - plenty then to give to your family, lol.
I'm the same, go to the freezer, think I'm getting out what I want only to find it is something else and have to hurredly think of something to make with it - that's usually when I haven't got my specs on. Hey ho.
Completely knackered!
Good Morning. I tried to write yesterday that we are off today to the Tatton Flower Show, which is in our county, so not as far to go as some of these events, such as Chelsea! Years ago I used to drive 80 miles there and 80 miles back to take my mother to the Gardening Show in Birmingham. She was an avid gardener and loved these events. I'm not as involved and don't always know the names of plants!
Dry here today, but should be warm rather than hot - big decision on what to wear. Comfortable shoes are a must!

Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Thanks for that OG - hadn't read the local news yet. It's great to know the dolphin is fine but I'm still wondering how the couple managed to get to Nigg when they wanted to go to Chanonry.
Kind regards
Jenny
I know! Totally the wrong turn off from the A9!
Morning all: Have read posts and seen pix of kiddies playing horses (cute!). Sad news and blog about the Dyfi nest....
Heather/Rosy/Lynette: Count me among those who open up a defrosted package of something and find out it's something else entirely. Panic ensues...
G-daughter and Ms. D arrived very early yesterday morning. I hadn't slept well; woke up at 5:30 and was about to fall back asleep but knew she'd planned to leave Prescott in the middle of the night to avoid heat/traffic, so thought I'd give her a buzz and see how far they'd got. Turns out they'd made super-wonderful time and were less than an hour down the road from our house. Eeek. Leaped out of bed and bustled about and didn't stop bustling until 4 p.m. when they finally left for daughter's house (she'd arrived on the train later in the morning). Phew. Trying to catch up on rest and chores today before they all arrive again tomorrow.
Sounds very tiring, Annette - put your feet up, now.
