DAILY UPDATE ~ Loch Garten nest ~ Thursday, 07 July 2016

There was a buffer before DAYCAM 0358hr but it wasn't a long one:

It's very quiet apart from hissy humming.

Squawking going on now, but both still lying down.

Rowan soon got up and flapped around the nest, that inspired Willow - but Rowan took off and that overawed Willow for a moment or two:

He recovered...

then came to lie down again:

Then some good flaps:

Good jumpy flaps:

Then a one-legged watch:

Itchy ear:

Head-spin to try to ease it:

Still not fixed it, watch this space - or someone else's space who's taken over soon, I hope ;-)

BTW, forgot to say!  All the while I can hear Rowan piping with EJ's voice.

Willow has been lying like this, interested in things Odinwards, since just after the headspin:

Thank you for starting us off and for all the captures with comments, they made me smile. 

It is great to see that Rowan has taken to the wing so well, but is coming back to the nest to keep Willow company. 

I see EJ is on the nest at the moment with Willow.
