Hi everyone.
Can't believe how fast this evening has flown in. Well yestarday was an exciting day with fish deliveries in the wind, intruders being swiftly dealt with, and the youngsters getting closer to making their first flight. Especially when one levetated several inches above the nest. Wonderful stuff. Can't wait to see what tommorrow brings. :-)

Did you notice that Alan reported that one of the chicks at Tweed Valley, fledged before it was ringed.
I noticed Alan's report Brenda H - he said it fledged at 47/48 days instead of the usual 50-56 days. Our oldest is 48 days tomorrow!

Good evening all just logged in again to see EJ feeding one youngster and it seems as though there have been 2 fish deliveries since i logged out at about 4.15. Can't see that ringing and tagging will be done tomorrow looking at the weather forecast jsb has just put on. I am assuming all have a some fish as one is lying down while the other 2 are standing next to EJ and looking at what she is looking at. When I first looked the whole family were together but i think Odin has just left as there is not a lot of room for him as well. Think they are in for a rough night again although not cold. Going to catch up with all the other posts now but thanks for all the pics.
