Hi folks, hope you enjoyed the revalries (not sure of the spelling)and relaxed in America. Hi to our Finnish and Australian friends and anyone whom I have missed out.
Its been a very windy day at LG with I think 5 fish delivered in total. EJ had a job to stay on the nest at times and during the course of the day we found her huddled next to her young ospreys trying to keep them dry and sheltered from the wind. Of course they are too big for that and at times she was the one trying to get under them. She is off the nest at the time being and our youngsters are staying tight on the nest in a huddle. Do hope the wind dies down by morning so that they can be ringed and blinged and soon we shall know their names.
If it stays too windy they will try another day, but hopefully sometime this week.
Happy viewing and night, night.

Wow ... after that excitement, all is calm! My poor budgie thinks its the end of the world ... I had to mute the sound because he was cowering in his cage :-(

i didn't see it at all at first..
i''ve come accustomed to whenever i leave my PC now i automatically put the stream on record, because it's pretty much guaranteed that what ever is going to happen will do so when i'm not looking at it
Thanks Pharazon. The way EJ ducked her head after if flew off perhaps then Odin was in hot pursuit of the intruder

I must go and do chores now :-( Lovely to see the nest calm again ... EJ feeding one, another feeding itself.
Morning all and thanks for all the overnight and early morning reports and pics. Thanks also to Pharazon for the clip of the intruder . I was watching earlier just after 8 when Odin delivered a fish and one of the juveniles took it and mantled over it. Shortly after that EJ came in with a larger fish.
