Hi everyone, last day of June already. I have just been looking at my pics of when they were first born backend of May, from three tinies to three huge young ospreys, the rate of growth in a month seems phenomenal.
Anyhow on to yesterday, A more or less routine day with the three getting up to their usual antics and EJ keeping a motherly eye on them most of the time. She did leave the nest on occasions for longer periods, one to go fishing and bring back a whopper, round about teatime this was.
All three are resting with fidgiting and wing stretching inbetween. EJ must be on her roost tree nearbye as she isn't on the nest.
I am signing off now, see you in the morning. Happy viewing.

strange sounds coming from the mike as tjough the signal could break up, also camera is showing very dark pics, must be gremlins inside it.
anyone else getting a dark picture and hissing sounds.
sounds like the RAF is in town again or it could just be a jet passing over EJ is listening and so are the three young ones.
Got to go out to the dentist, will catch up later.
Sorry, Lynette, missed the last hour as hoovering and sitting in the garden recovering from same....
Lots of shouting, cheeping and complaining going on - surprised EJ is not in her tree, away from them..
EJ is still there on the side of the nest, but its a lot quieter now..... siesta time...
EJ looking down on the world below for a minute, now she's off again, leaving the GEM's Home Alone....
..must have been a quick comfort break, as she's returned already....
