Hi to all our viewers from overseas and those late ones here.
It has been a fairly quiet day, intruder alerts in the morning/afternoon, a bit of a barney between two youngsters but sorted out. EJ took no notice. Only 4 fish from Odin but EJ brought in a whopper late evening and they were at it for at least half an hour I think.
At present all three are sleeping and EJ is on her perch at the side of the nest nearest the camera.
Happy viewing, see you in the morning.

Hi jsb I am also jealous that you have been to LG an d LOTL . It must have been a dream vacation to see both preserves and all the birds in real life !!

Thanks Heron-Great picture !!
Goodnight All - I'm off to bed, tired but happy!
EJ keeping watch, the young ones up close to each other and intimate. They keep stretching and fidgiting, but hey, isn't that what young ospreys do!!
Hi jsb. That must've been an amazing holiday :-) Seeing Ospreys in the flesh (feather) is one of my ambitions. I do kind of get the feeling that this will be the Lady of the Loch's last breeding year. I think although she made a wonderful recovery, the long migration to Africa will make her decide on retirement; especially after such a horrible illness. She is a legend though. Thanks for the tally of fish deliveries Lindybird. If I ate 8 fish in one day, they need to take me home in a wheel-barrel.Lynette. Perhaps it's just because this is my first season watching the webcams but it's amazing for me watching the antics of young Ospreys. I love the way EJ shows so much patience with them.Paul.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Totally agree with you Paul, I have only been watching since last year. More so this year though, plus the site of LOTL and the amazing recovery of Lady.
So far it has been fantastic to watch.

Did anyone see the light near the nest a few moments ago? Looked like a giant search light. I wonder if the night cam has a separate lighting set up. Ospreys don't seem that bothered though.
