I think it was 8 fish in all yesterday.
Night, night, see you all in the morning.

Of course, their wings/feathers will not be as waterproof as EJ's yet.
Ahhhh ... all cosying up now!
Looks like they are all turning to mum for some shelter. Seems like ages since we had rain. The chicks will cope and the fish farm and nearby rivers need topped up.
only the youngest Ej trying to sheild from the elements but #2 getting under as well. Eldest plumage will be in good condition. A quick flap of the wings and they'll be dry again
EJ struggling now they all want their heads in and under lol

just had a look at the met office rainfall radar - this is a subtantial shower, but it is moving accross fairly quickly and should only last about half an hour. it is definiately not possible for those monsters to get in under mum anymore!!!!
EJ trying to get her head down resting it on#2 I think , Sooooo glad I never had triplets.. Imagine 3 wee people toddling into your bed t in the middle of the night and sprawling out as they do lol
This is a picture of EJ brooding (believe it or not!!) all THREE chicks on 7th June this year.
