Hi folks, Midsummers day, and the weather looks fair set till the weekend.
Not sure how many fish came in yesterday as was out in the evening.
Its a lovely domestic scene with the youngsters up and about and EJ watching over them in her usual stance. Quite quiet.
See you in the morning, happy viewing and thanks in advance to our night watchers who keep us up to date with their humourous posts and occasional pics.

RSPB Giving Nature a Home
If fish is so fattening, maybe I should give it up. LOL. Windy - EJ looking ruffled.
I don't think fish is necessarily fattening . It is the number of "pounds "of fish they are eating each day. Each fish has to be more than a pound. When Odin delivers 8 fish a day that would be two pounds or more of fish (at a minimum) for each chick per day . EJ doesn't eat as much as they do from each fish
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
EJ practising yoga. Chicks flattened. I'm off now.
Morning All: Sounds still windy at LG. Even EJ is looking a bit hunched up at the side of the nest:
---- EDIT: There has been one fish so far today, according to the night shift (thank you All)
EJ took a comfort break, then came back and got completely obsessed with furniture moving:
here she is with the stick which she moved around several times before being happy:
8.58 Odin arrived with a fish and EJ grabbed it like she had been waiting for a week
Best wishes Chris

A FISH !
this is the nest in disarray as Odin comes in to land.
Morning all, thanks for posts and pics so far. As I switched on Odin arrived with fish delivery. EJ excited to receive it. Odin stays a few minutes. One chick exercising its wings and not interested in food at the moment. The other two lined up .
Odin has now flown off.
Nice pic of the size of it:
One chick is flapping so much in the wind that he might be blown away if he or she isn't careful. Seems less interested in fish than the other 2
