Hi everybody, Its been a great day at LG, weather has been kind, particularly after the wind dropped. Not sure how many fish were delivered.
News from LOTL is that Lady is making steady progress so one hopes she will see out the season.
At present the youngsters are home alone, EJ is probably on a perch keeping an eye on the nest from that or she has gone for a flyaround.
Off to bed, see you in the morning.

big brown trout by the looks of it
Sounds like a fish coming in ....indeed it is ... EJ nearly takes Odin's foot off in her hurry to grab it!

Flapping of wings as they all gather - Odin brings a good sized fish, and EJ grabs it quickly as usual....
-- think that's No. 4 - first one at 6.35am, then 11.05am, then 3.37pm, then 17.31pm.
I just logged in. Thanks for all the updates and pictures!! Good to know there have been 4 fish so far today.
I can't tell the difference between Titch and chick #1 anymore. The best spot in the feeding line has given Chick #3 an great advantage
I guess it is silly to call it Titch any more . Should be called Chick #3
Chick #2 has the white on the side of it's head
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
EJ is calling ... and I can hear Odin chirrupping in the background!
it's fish o'clock.. #5 another brown trout
Fish # 5 . Odin stayed a couple minutes to polish his beak and survey his family .
Only one chick eager to eat
That's a big trout! It must have been enourmous when he caught it cos he's been eating it for ages now and there's a lot left.
Back home last night. Big catchup including Lady at LOTL. Thank you to all for pics and posts - we who dip in and out, owe you a lot.
Wow another fish ...I missed it! Nobody seems terribly interested ... one lying down to eat, the others turned away.
