Hi everybody, Its been a great day at LG, weather has been kind, particularly after the wind dropped. Not sure how many fish were delivered.
News from LOTL is that Lady is making steady progress so one hopes she will see out the season.
At present the youngsters are home alone, EJ is probably on a perch keeping an eye on the nest from that or she has gone for a flyaround.
Off to bed, see you in the morning.

Morning all ... thanks for overnight reports. Glad to hear there has been a fish this morning ... after all they put away last night they can't be that hungry!

Morning all, just logged on and caught up with posts and pics.
At present the youngsters are zonked out and EJ is keeping her watch. Started calling as though the intruder is about, she is now mantling as well.
I've been gone for half an hour, and expected to come back finding them eating. Odin must be missing those fish this morning, as its a good day for fishing.
Just found the time to read back on last evening's posts, when I was zonked out (tired lately). Glad to see that the mystery of the appearing fish was solved! Thanks to DjoanS and Barbara Jean for solving that one. Interesting that the youngsters tried to eat it without help - the LotL chicks had a go when they were hungry and poor Lady was struggling. (will try to call them youngsters now, I agree that 'chicks' is a bit lame for such huge creatures!)
EJ still alarm calling, looks like the wind has got up again.
EJ is doing her yoga and keeping a lookout for him, while the youngsters sleep it off....
Lynette is right, its getting increasingly windy (not good for fishing :-( )
I'm off out now, so hope you all enjoy your watching this morning.
I'm looking forward to finding out the weights of these three (have 2009 and 2008 for comparison) - won't be long now. Last year they were weighed 7th July and Rothes fledged just eight days later!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Morning all again back from a flying visit to shops, never knew I could move so fast. Amazing what osprey watching does for you. Seems windy again at LG but hopefully Odin will managed to bring some fish in. Dentist this afternoon so will not be able to watch so much today. Sounds as though the intruder is still around reading the posts.
Now going to catch up with the rest of yesterday's daily and weekly postings.

Morning everyone and thanks for all the overnight and early morning updates. 1 fish so far I believe but they had loads last night so cant be all that hungry. It does seem windy at LG this morning so that wont help Odin with his fishing.
