It looks peaceful, EJ is standing at the edge of the nest. Chicks are a bit restless but seem to be settling.
I think it was 5 fish that Odin brought in yesterday.
quick update for LOTL fans: Lady seemed to rally a bit more today but is still quite ill. Camera at LOTL is down at the moment. I know its not on the correct thread but not everybody has time to catch up on the LOTL blog.
Anyway all is calm, happy viewing, I'm off to bed now. Oh, and before I forget, first day of summer here, well let's hope it is.

Its a long time to wait, margobird. Shall keep everything crossed, arms, legs, fingers etc. until then!
One of the last pics of the day, before the still cam stopped....
....on the very last pic, they are just three fluffy heaps in the nest, alone.

Thanks Linda it is a long time to wait November seems a long way off at the moment.
I think it is time Odin came bearing fish although nobody seems to be complaining yet.
Margobird
Things are surprisingly quiet on the LG nest, margobird.
Its nearly half-time in the football .... should be the sign for an Odin fish delivery!

Just logged on and caught up with things. Not a lot seems to be happening here.
At present EJ is in her usual stance with the 3 biggies lined up, heads down, dozy, but not doubt ready to stand to attention when EJ starts shouting and Odin appears next time.EJ looking outwards and the 3 are watching mum.
Just checking in here before checking out altogether for the night. I am so very pleased that the weather has been kind during the last few days and the chicks are thriving. Odin is at the peak of his fitness with his amazing fishing ability and thank goodness that this nest is so successful this year (so far - I hate to tempt fate). The trauma on the other nest has been so difficult to deal with but it looks like Lady will be with her chicks a bit longer than was looking possible at the weekend. Keep up the blogs. I think 'osprey-watching' is catching on.
One of the chicks just got up and p0000d and disturbed his sister/brother who looked at it as if to say "who do you think you're hitting" All settled again and EJ being EJ.
LOTL news - Lady has been feeding one of the chicks and herself. Laird came in and found a leftover fish and fed it to the other chick. At present Lady is eating from a leftover fish with one chick trying to get some from her. Both chicks are now getting food from her. This is remarkable.
EJ does her dance backwards, because of INCOMING FISH !!
