It looks peaceful, EJ is standing at the edge of the nest. Chicks are a bit restless but seem to be settling.
I think it was 5 fish that Odin brought in yesterday.
quick update for LOTL fans: Lady seemed to rally a bit more today but is still quite ill. Camera at LOTL is down at the moment. I know its not on the correct thread but not everybody has time to catch up on the LOTL blog.
Anyway all is calm, happy viewing, I'm off to bed now. Oh, and before I forget, first day of summer here, well let's hope it is.

Hey Lynette: Thanks - again! - for starting off our daily routine and again appreciate the summary. EJ still sitting at the edge of the nests; chicks snoozing.
LOTL cam seems to be working now.
Off to clean up and think about dinner.
Just got through yesterday's Update - welcome Genghis! (not sure I spelled that right - or even correctly!) :-)
Hi all. Thanks for getting us started on another daily update Lynette. Hope you enjoy tonights dinner Annette. Welcome to the forum Genghis. There's a lot of insects flying about the nest so poor EJ looks slightly annoyed. Probably wondering if a couple of swallows might turn up in the morning and help out a fellow long distance migrant species.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Hi Heron: All wide awake at LG right now; well, two wide awake. One of the chicks is still half-asleep. So light there - longest day of the year..... To repeat the now-familiar refrain - these chicks are huge. EJ on side of nest.
EJ gone for flyabout. Chicks settled again.
Just come in from a day out and all the chicks are "home alone" Looks like EJ has been gone a few minutes. Wonder if she's just off the nest, giving herself some space.
Hi Annette. The chicks are huge. You'd think they were going to grow up to be massive big birds of prey LOL. Sorry couldn't resist that. Although it really doesn't seem that long ago that chick 1 was tiny and roughly about the size of one EJ or Odin's feet. EJ still on her flight break, and I imagine she's probably glad that she can spend a wee bit more time off the nest now that the chicks have better levels of insulation than a few days ago. Longest day of the year, summer begins. If it hasn't rained at least once by 11.55pm BST, I'll probably be quite confused. As long as it keeps away from the Osprey nests.
EJ back.
EJ returns, looks at her beautiful brood (probably thinking: I'm sure they've grown since last night), then scans the surrounding area. Wondering when Odin will deliver the breakfast fish. :-)
Color at LG (and LOTL where all is status quo).
