Hi everyone. Tired from long day; just saw LOTL blog and not sure I can watch the cam. :-(
Off to check out previous posts.
Afternoon DjoanS, beautiful day here too. Will be watching Wimbledon but keeping an eye on things too.
Margobird
Hello margobird glad you are enjoying sunshine too, as everyone seems to be doing! Just popped on here to check up ... radio on for the budget ... Wimbledon on tv ... so much to keep me busy!

Barbara Jean: I am so glad that you and your home are okay. Sounds like it was worse where you are than here. I'm so very sorry for all those whose homes were destroyed. Hope there are no injuries.

Just a quick post to let everyone know I'm okay. Thanks to all who asked. Storms here last night were bad, too. High winds, unconfirmed tornadoes. Trees down, homes damaged. 3.5 inches of rain here; some areas had 6 inches north of us. Flash Flood Warnings in effect. Many roads under water, rivers/creeks flooded. Lightening was constant at times last night; buildings and homes have burned. Some places don't have power. We are forecasted to have temps 90-95 F/35 C for several days, and humidity is 100% right now, so storms could continue to fire daily. I didn't get much sleep so I'm very cranky. :-)
Afternoon all,
Very warm and sunny today. Just got back from shopping mission and then picnic in Barnwell Country Park.
Watching a bit of the budget news............ Hooray no tax on watching ospreys!!!!!
Thanks everyone for your chat etc. Auntie : Wonderful shelves pic.
Wimbledon,Football, ospreys.... not necessarily in that order.
Temp 23.4c
Good afternoon Alan lovely day for a picnic. Laughed about no tax on osprey watching, if there was I would be in deep trouble.
Diane good to know you are OK but have had such terrible weather again. Nobody could blame you for being cranky with temperatures and humidity so high. Don't think I could function at all. Take care and we will all be thinking of you.
I've just been out in the garden, in the sunshine, taking some photographs of the flowers. It was only when I looked at the pics on the computer that I realised what a beautiful centre some flowers have. I think the centre of this osteospermum is fabulous!
Good afternoon Margobird, hope you are well and enjoy Wimbledon :)
Alan, was a bit worried: if they will tax osprey watching - what about us foreigners? Tax double?
