Daily Update (LG Nest) Sunday June 13th

Good morning all and so pleased to log in and find EJ feeding the chicks from a good size fish that Odin has managed to catch in what sounds like pretty miserable weather.  Can see that Titch didn't get much from the first fish but seems to have had a good share of the second fish.  Looks like they are all stuffed now so that always makes me feel happy.  Thanks to all for the pics, so good.  EJ now trying to get the 3 wrigglers underneath her but I feel it is a lost cause as they have all grown so much and as I loook bits of chicks hanging out everywhere.

Nice day here at the moment but we may have a storm and rain later but hoping the rain will come without a storm as I am terrified of them.

EJ at present trying (!) to cover the chicks- they are making those funny little snuffly noises of contentment when they are full of fish.

Lindybird odn't you just love those little noises from the chicks when they are full of fish.  I think Titch is the only one that can fit underneath EJ now, every day when I look they seem to have had a big growth spurt during the night.

margo -  they are HUGE !!

Lindybird EJ is doing her utmost best to keep them covered but it is just no possible now.  Thinks the chicks are compaining about the wet now.

Its started raining again now- EJ is trying to keep them dry which can't be easy now:

If I get my head under Mum at least I'll feel more comforted.....
