Hi everyone.
Wasn't watching at the time but heard a commotion. Still raining, chicks and eJ were excited over something but have settled down again. Chicks can be heard chirping away whilst EJ tries to keep them dry and warm , getting soaked herself.
I'll say night, night, happy viewing.

EJ - the proud Mum
Ha HA OG, never thought of that, but then I wouldn't like having to stay out in the rain all night with the children.
The wind is blowing EJ's feathers about: she is sitting tight on the nest.
Odin delivers lunch .... reasonable size, although they are eating a lot now. Titch right in there ... he/she won't be 'Titch' much longer!

Morning Joan.
Great capture. Just logged on, heard EJ shouting and in came Odin:)
That fish looked fresh! Titch right at front. I just love all the sounds they make:)
Odin delivers smallish fish - all appear to get a share:
Morning Gary - I was working at the computer when I heard all the excitement on the nest! Those little squeaks and squeals they make are, indeed, lovely :-)
Great captures Sandy
I thought that fish was an OK size, and it was polished off in 13 minutes and EJ didn't get a scrap!

Hi Gary: Surely no more than a brunch fish! With their appetites they'll be looking forward to lunch.
doing the ironing, now that's a thought. Been out in the garden doing some tidying up so missed the last feed. Glad he's been though.
EJ is just sitting there almost nodding off while the youngsters are behaving themselves (behaving themselves but for how long).
