Hi everyone.
Wasn't watching at the time but heard a commotion. Still raining, chicks and eJ were excited over something but have settled down again. Chicks can be heard chirping away whilst EJ tries to keep them dry and warm , getting soaked herself.
I'll say night, night, happy viewing.

Thanks Lynette
EJ has her head down, trying to nap, while keeping the chicks dry. Poor lady, she is getting hardly any rest
Hi.Thanks for starting the thread Lynette.Poor EJ's getting a serious soaking while trying to keep the chicks dry. That rain seems relentless.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
It is still raining .
We may need to get the center to drop off some Tesco fish right in front of her so she can feed the chicks while they are under her. I think that was what she was trying to tell Odin ." Just bring the fish over to me and I will fed them when I can" He didn't understand and he ate the fish.
I saw him starting eating on the nest a few days ago, but when EJ got up he let her take the fish.
Let's hope the rain stops today

Hi Barbara Jean. It's either stopped raining or my sound is broken as I can't hear anything!
EJ looks asleep but there is a big rain drop that I can't see past. Anyway, all looks quiet and I'm off to bed so catch up tomorrow.
Evening/morning all! Busy day here today - and will be tomorrow and the next day with family in town, so will watch as late as I can but have to be up and running early tomorrow. Meantime, all quiet on the northern front; though looks breezy!
Color! (Gray and breezy color)
Just read remainder of yesterday's Daily Update and amazed at our pushy intruder; thanks for posts and pix on that. But what on earth has Odin been feeding those chicks - fish on steroids? They're growing by the minute.
Hmm. Thought I heard something fly by just now - EJ is calling but still on chicks (and Cirrus; she's in much better voice this morning). . Is it wind or rain I can hear? Looks utterly miserable weather. Lots of wet blotches on the lens.
EJ off for a flyabout and chicks take the chance to have a morning poop! Now they're all sort of leaning against each other and toppling about; settled again and looking around for Mom.
EJ back; settling back on the chicks as best she can.
