RSPB Giving Nature a Home
No sooner had I posted than she is off again. Obviously decided to some foraging for the nest.
You were right Lindybird ... more stick fortifications! She dumped it on the chicks to start with :-)

EJ looked as if she had a set of antlers as she flew in with that last branch. She has already left the nest again.
Lindybird - that's a brilliant pic of EJ flying in with the stick
Lindybird said: Yes, back with a stick again. ... you can see her just coming in to land here.... she lands with the stick on top of the chicks, waking them all up!

Lindybird, that's a stunning picture. Brilliant capture.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Was just lucky --------- now she's back again with another!
Thanks DjoanS - still amazed at seeing a fox so close up and he was so handsome. Read the news about a fox attaching the children, that is not good news at all and you have to wonder why.
Wish Odin would bring in a fish before I have to switch off and get ready to go. Another hour or so before I have to do that so perhaps I will be lucky.
Margobird
Good picture of the sitck coming in Lindybird. EJ has been very busy houseworking this morming. She must realise that her chicks are so active she needs to build up the sides a bit more. Where are you Odin, EJ keeps calling.
EJ just back with another stick and the chicks got a bashing from some vigorous wing flaps before she left again to get more sticks I suspect, probably wants some dryer nesitng material.
EJ brings yet another stick and hits a chick with it and then has to flap her wings madly to avoid walking all over the chicks.
