EJ looking at the camera at the moment, watching what I think is a feather stuck on the lens? Just turned round and is just resting as best she can.
Happy watching to all the earlybirds.
Night, night, back in the morning.

Annette (sorry everyone else for the off topic chat!) I'm ashamed to say I don't know my geography that well over here on the west coast but they are some lovely mountains I'm looking at right now:)) You sound like you know the area well?
EJ trying "manfully" to get and keep the chicks under her
Unknown said: That was funny Gary - EJ obviously not a morning osprey when it comes to chatting (like my OH). Poor Odin wasn't getting much feedback (I know the feeling).

LOL Annette, he was getting no response! Sounds like you can sympathise!
Gary: My friend lives in Seattle. Mt. Rainier is the biggest mountain to the East. :-) (Please excuse us folks!) OK. EJ fussing with chicks - I think she's going to have to tie this bunch down if she wants any rest.
ah, Ok Annette, thanks. I'll have a better look at the scenary tomorrow.
OK, I'm conking out, so calling it a night. Can't tell you how much I've enjoyed watching at this time of the morning in the UK:) Thanks for your company Barabara Jean/Annette
Catch up later in the day.
Enjoy, Gary. I'm not far behind you, snooze-wise.

Odin seems to enjoy time on HIS nest . He appears to want to be part of the family not just the fisher bird .
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
Very domestic moment there Barbara Jean. Like an old married couple.
EJ calling now, anticipating some hungry chicks in a while I think.
Hmm. EJ up and stretching; chicks up too, looking very alert with heads bobbing. OK Odin, I think this is your cue to arrive with a fish. Whoops - well, that didn't last long. Two just flopped over. EJ at edge of nest stretching her other wing now, doing her one-legged yoga pose and now and having a little preen.
Titch just took a few pokes at chick #1. #1 was just sitting there minding it's own business
The first time #1 ignored it. The second time #1 put Titch in it's place
If Titch thought it would be the dominate chick, #1 answered that question LOL
