Daily Update (LG Nest) Wednesday 2nd June

Now EJ is doing some more stick arranging, trying to build up the sides I think because of the wind.

All three chicks jostling around and thinking about settling down. Everytime mum comes near them they are up thinking its feed time. Now she's moving a big piece of moss and then decides to take a break.

Back she comes, no she's off again, wonder what is going on!!! Then back again. EJ what are you up to?

Wow. Busy morning again at LG - still windy.  Great posts and pix (even those of a headless EJ!).  Love to see EJ flying up to the nest when she's been on a break. And yes, one of those is extraordinarily interested in twigs and moss. Can't remember them being this active last year....   Off to start the day. Take care and back later.

All three chicks up and about. #1 wantered to the side so EJ promptly began putting the sticks a bit higher.

EJ is now trying to settle them but #1 has other ideas and sits at the side of mum.

Up EJ gets again and the little ones all lined up for............no feed! Just mum doing her pedicure and manicure.

All looks peaceful at present.
