Pitch dark on the nest right now, but can make out EJ.
That was amazing, wasn't it DjoanS ? - Nos. 1 and 2 having quite a go at each other, don't know what started it, but EJ looked on unconcerned as if to say 'sort it out yourselves' Here they are, stretching their necks to peck at each other:
---then the 'winner' decided to have a go at Mum,but couldn't reach!!!!
Chick one and Chick two were having a real ding dong battle. I think Chick three was just trying to keep out the way.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Noticed that Titch kept his/her head down during that, Heron !
Hi Lindybird - yes it looked to be quite vicious ... I know it is natural behaviour and is just sorting the pecking order, but I don't like to see it. EDIT ... Hi Heron too!

Morning all and thanks for all the morning pics and news. Looks wonderful at LG this morning. Great news from Rutland Water as well with 1st chick for 5R and Mrs no ring at Manton Bay. Interesting discussion about the willow warbler as we thought we saw one at RSPB Conwy last week but turned out to be a Sedge Warbler. They are quite similar apart from their song.

Good morning all just a quick post as busy today, tomorrow and Wednesday. So pleased to see EJ with the sun on her back and 3 lively chicks all talking (and fighting from what I read) and taking in the sun. I gather our wonderful Odin has already delivered twice today and each chick getting its share, such good news.
Have a good day all and thanks for all the pics they are just wonderful.
Margobird
All chicks asleep now, in a heap - EJ taking the time to have a good preen in the sun, whilst its warm enough to leave them in the nest without her:
10,20 and Odin has just delivered, what a wonderful Dad he is.
