Thought I'd start a separate thread for the posting of news, updates, pictures etc. from the nest at the Loch of the Lowes. Now that the first chick has hatched at Loch Garten the Daily Update page is going to get too unwieldy if it is used for news from LotL as well as LG, and the "News From Other Nests" is getting pretty full as well.
Chick #1 just landed.

8am. Chick #1 finishing off a fish and chick 2 calling.
8:03 Lady alarm calling and chicks playing dead and she has just flewn off the nest.
Chick #1 still has the fish.
Dad just came in with a fish and chick2 had it.

Chick #2 has a big fish. I hope chick 1 leaves it alone.
Chick 1 just left the nest. Lady just come off her branch and is now with chick2.
