Anyone around?

Hurray! Dad came to nest - and left - but did he bring a fish?  Chicks are calling excitedly but Lady is preening.  He landed so I couldn't see what, or if, he'd brought anything.  It looks like there might be a fish there - but it's not moving and could just be a trick of the light.  Oh darn. Don't know what went on there.... Let's hope someone on the official LOTL page can throw some light on things.....off to check.

OK. well she did fly about and the male (Laird? Frank?) brought - a stick!  Hmm.

I'm off now; take care all.

Never thought I'd see this again, Laird on the left feeding one chick and Lady on the right feeding the other..

Lovely to come on this morning and see both the LotL and L. Garten females preening, with the chicks safely beside them.
