Snap back Terry!
I do see what you mean about the wings. He does seem to sit differently. Maybe as the nest cup is made for EJ and he is a little big in it and sits deeper?
Anyway, here is the fish delivery

Thanks Gary - missed it again ... its bin day & I nipped out to put the bin away. I'd better get myself more organised for when the eggs have hatched! I loved the way Odin tiptoed along to sit on the eggs - not like this morning when he was blundering around with a big branch! (I'm not sure ospreys can tip-toe, but you know what I mean)

Having been out and just logged on again, thank you to all the posts. pics, and clips.
Now I know that EJ has had a fish today - about time too, keeping her waiting till the afternoon before she had breakfast/lunch/and almost tea in one go.
EJ back and no fish left!

This is what ospreys do for us DjoanS we are frightened to leave our screens in case we miss something no matter how small. I missed Odin blundering around this morning with the big branch.
Also keeping my eye on LOTL as Lady is very restive today and an egg could hatch very soon.
EJ just back and they have a conversation and Odin is away and EJ now settling down on the eggs.
And EJ flies back in after her meal - gentle chirping between them - EJ now telling Odin I want back on eggs, he duly obliges and EJ looking round then decides I better sit on those eggs again and does so.
Odin and EJ having that funny little conversation again before he gives up the eggs and flies off.
I love the way the one left on the nest has to duck under the wings of the one flying off. Odin left without being nudged. "Suppose I'll have to get myself a fish now"
TerryM I think EJ had waited so long for that fish that there was now way she was going to share it this time. Probably told him to go and get his own in that little conversation they had.
