EJ has her back to us at the moment and keeps fidgiting - could there be somethin in the offing. We can but live in hope.
Happy watching all you early morning ones. I'll sign off now till our UK morning.
Sorry bit premature with the handover, clock is a little fast.

She does appear fidgetty. All 4 birds have been doing a lot of fidgetting today. I wonder what they're hearing.
Hey Lynette: Thanks for getting us started - I'm out this evening until after 9 so maybe someone else will look in from time to time. EJ quiet right now.
Thanks folks for the links re how long it takes a chick to break out! (I forgot I asked that question - just goes to show.)
Re daylight hours - the day/color cam comes on earlier and earlier. I too am amazed how quickly the days are lengthening up there. We are so much farther south we just don't get long days at all; it's a treat to go to my sister's during the summer and sit out in the garden so late and still see blue sky!
2.27am and EJ looks calm but not asleep.
That's me done for today, happy Tuesday everyone
oh, on the daylight hours, I agree with you Annette, I much prefer the longer nights. Here it's dark but 8.30pm even in summer.:(
Barbara Jean: You inadvertently added your post to yesterday's Daily Update. I'm repeating it here
5:14 a.m: Mr wonderful is on the nest already. He comes earlier each day
OK. Well it's 10 p.m. California time and as Barbara Jean noted, Mr. Wonderful is (still) on the nest. Just goes to show that EJ and Odin can manage perfectly well without us. :-)
Odin on nest, all is well.

6.10 am and everything seems to be fine on the nest. EJ takes very short cat naps every now and then

Hey Auntie: So good to see you! How have you been?
Hi Annette, I'm just fine, thank you. Been a bit busy so haven't been attending these chats much. Watch the nest every day though and read at least the daily page to catch up with things
