Evening all. Good grief. We already have color at LG. EJ is on the nest; all looks peaceful.
Lynette: You asked Gary where he's located. He did answer you the first time around (Saturday?), but seems you either missed it or the posts got messed up. Anyway, you asked again yesterday and Emma responded; then Gary responded again (he said he wasn't ignoring you!). Anyway, Gary is in Connecticut in the Eastern U.S., but he's a Brit, like me! (Sorry if this all sounds complicated)
Hurray! It was fish dinner, after all- an osprey did a fly past, then it turned around and came back & it was Odin with a decent sized fish (no head) :
Blimey! Odin's on form this afternoon, second fish:
Snap again, DjoanS !! EDIT: and Sandy !
We can't have too many pics of Odin the super-provider!!

Odin now busy with his favourite job of the day. Looks peaceful and at least they've both had a feed again.
EDIT: Three cheers for Odin the Magnificent !! Hip, hip, Hooray.
Lindybird: I've come to the conclusion that you're quicker at typing than me! ;-))
BTW I was looking at the pics that you added on to the main site recently - they're all great but this one from 4th May is simply stunning and I thought that others who haven't seen it yet would like a look (I took the liberty of taking a copy, just couldn't resist).
I love that one, Sandy. Thought I would put some of the best ones on the osprey gallery in case some had been missed.
Fraid I am a fast typist as many years at the keyboard in my job, before. Sometimes get it wrong when I get too excited about the birds, though!
Indeed Sandy many thanks to you and LIndybird :) it is stunning - so well captured.
Off to work very shortly - will look in on EJ and final editions to blog MUCH later.
Thanks Sandy for reposting that shot. It gave me an opportunitiy to compare the markings again (not that that'll help next time).
Still can't tell them apart from the rear end view!! Hey, its raining now !!
