Evening all: Thanks so much for all the previous posts - especially Gary's brilliant skills on the video. I keep trying MWSnap but still can't get anything but a black screen when I click on the LG live webcam. Sigh.
Lynette: Oh no - didn't have any problem with being reminded of who said what; it's just as well someone can remember! :-)
It's already lightish at LG; EJ awake and on her eggs.
Wonder then, if there has been another fish....
Ej's started calling, so I guess there's been no fish delivered.

I've been to check on the LG Diary Blog, but no one has reported a fish just now. She must be hungry, then.
Do feel a bit sometimes as if we're viewing something very private, their relationship is quite fascinating. Its hard not to give human emotions to their behaviour. EJ is definitely more mature and experienced as a parent and 'nester' , and it makes you wonder if perhaps the female always calls the tune to the male, who has to be a good provider after all. Odin is proving to be just as good this year at keeping her fed so lets hope he can keep up the fishing when the little ones hatch.
Can hear Odin alarm calling, and EJ is looking around.....
Must be Odin alarm calling as I can't see EJ's beak moving!
Is that Odin alarm calling ?
That was an amazing passage as Odin was clearly dealing with an intruder - his alarm calling is unmistakable. Even though you couldn't see the action you could follow it by watching where EJ was looking.
Is that the 'plinking' of rain I can hear on the microphone? EJ keeps shaking herself as if she's getting wet .
Raining now.
