Evening all: Thanks so much for all the previous posts - especially Gary's brilliant skills on the video. I keep trying MWSnap but still can't get anything but a black screen when I click on the LG live webcam. Sigh.
Lynette: Oh no - didn't have any problem with being reminded of who said what; it's just as well someone can remember! :-)
It's already lightish at LG; EJ awake and on her eggs.
It sounds like "I want my breakfast, so hurry up with it."

EJ getting quite persistent now!!
EJwas flapping and mantling as though an intruder is about. On the edge of the nest, eggs exposed! Where is Odin. Flapping/mantling, now preening, what is going on with her. Maybe it was just wing stretching, she is now settling down again.
... and then she stands up and flaps about ... and has a preen ... and more flapping ... and settles on the eggs again! I wonder what all that was about?

She didn't screech, so don't think it was an alarm call. Perhaps she just needed a wing stretch. Grabbed a pic from the stills cam:
I have logged in to see EJ, off the eggs and preening her feathers and exercising her wings. She returns to sitting on the eggs on what looks like a lovely morning.
Nice pic Lindybird. I don't think it was an intruder ... no intruder alert calling. Now she's not calling to Odin either, so maybe all that flapping sent him off fishing!
EDIT - she's just started calling again!
EJ beginning to call again, looking round and upwards. Getting persistent again.
