Looking at the site at Rutland Water. Female having a turn of the eggs and now settling down again. Lovely and calm there as it is here in Northants.
Would be nice to do a diary for the MantonBay (Rutland) as update on other nests now takes ages to get to the end and update.
Do they have names for these two at MantonBay. Please note I have changed the name to Manton Bay (Rutland) nest updates as a suggestion from Sandy. Hope this meets with everyones approval.

"Bess" is feeding the chicks so there has been a fresh delivery since last watching.
Glad to see all is going well at Manton Bay despite the inexperience of this pair.

Good morning Alan it is such good news about Manton Bay. Inexperienced they may be but their natural instinct is just amazing.
Margobird
05 has flown in, no fish, and started to move sticks, he is now peering down at the chicks and "Bess" is keeping a wary eye on him as if to say "hands off" He obliges and wonders what its all about. Meanwhile 3 chicks are wondering whether its feed time. Actually, "Bess" is feeding them from leftovers, 05 has now flown off.

Lynette: I was watching the start of the feed and could only see two. I feared the worst until I spied the third one right at the edge of the nest (top left in pic).
I thought it unusual that one of the chicks had got so close to the edge of the nest. Just checked again and dismayed to see the chick stuck in the same position (3 hours later). It clearly can't extricate itself from among the sticks at the side of the nest and the female doesn't know what to do about it.
Panic over. The cam has been off lately, but now back on and clearly three chicks in the nest cup getting fed.
Nice to see a big fish delivered and three healthy chicks being fed:
Monday 7th June, Bess has gone for a break and left the chicks alone. Been gone now a minute or two.At least the weather is dry at the moment.
She was gone about 5 minutes but is back now and preening. Chicks look up. It looks as though she's been fishing. Not sure.Maybe not.
