Daylight fading here with Radio Woodpecker still broadcasting loudly and daylight breaking over LG with Radio Chaffinch?? tuning up for the day; EJ awake and possibly wondering how many fish today.
She always looks lovely, Lynette! Whoaa, here comes that blinking wind again!
Thanks for all the updates and more importantly the fish report. I can hear that awful wind is back.
Its really blowing at LG now and radio chaffinch is joining in from time to time.

Morning all: Thanks for posts, pix, and videos of fish course! Which day is it now? May 23? June 1? Hmm. Just checked my computer clock and found I corrected the year last night but not the date. I was expecting a delivery May 14 and couldn't figure out why it hadn't arrived already. All okay now. Alan: Like your new avatar (is it new or haven't I been paying attention?)
EJ looked at something and gave out a couple of warning cheeps. Don't know if its an intruder again. She looked right at the camera & I caught it on the stills cam:
a warning expression! .... ("don't mess with me"!)
Its been a quiet afternoon in terms of fish deliveries - only one this morning. All as it should be on nest, no alarm calls so thats good.
Linda, I notice EJ has her mouth open from time to time. As a bird would when they are too hot. I would find it hard to believe at the moment, but the sun is shining directly on her.

Lovely pic, Lindybird. Quite expressive.
Mate has just flown in at Rutland and proceeds to do some furniture arranging before going to sit on eggs. I think I saw the female go off with a fish.
