OK guys, I think EJ will be on her own tonight. We have some friends by the house and will pop in when I can.....but also need to get some rest after a somewhat frustrating day. EJ on the nest and all is well at this point.
I think you're probably right - it seemed to be her going off the nest but was then back pretty quickly. Sound is much better today.

Tiger : the lovely pic of Zara's you posted - the time on it (I think it meant the time) wa 6.42 - was it taken this morning? It looks as if this was the last time Odin was seen. I hope this isn't cause for concern.
Cirrus Terry M reported seeing Odin at 8.49am.

EDIT very many thanks Tiger - not less appreciated cos the guy himself has just put in an appearance !! : )
An osprey just flew by EJ, could be Odin. He jut flew in at last - no fish -but is settling down on eggs for a bit of eggsitting.
I managed to record part of that fish delivery:

Oh yes, great stuff Alan, many thanks for the video. I always wait to post to see if I can see if the fish is headless or not . Your video clearly shows that Odin had eaten the head (only a snack really) - EJ got the best of it -- only an average sized fish but good enough !!!!!
