A "huge brown trout" was delivered at 1513hr:
... but nothing since. Odin was last seen leaving the nest @ 2022hr, as reported by MOFFER, after he'd brought a stick:
During EJ's short absence @ 2132hr there appeared to be no fish to keep them going until the next delivery - let's hope it's an early-morning one!
All the above is just for the record.
Tonight there appear to have been some IR shenanigans going on:
1,2
3,4
5,6
We are now on medium glare.
EJ has had no flyaround and has lifted her head only occasionally. All the Scottish and Welsh osprey nests are drenched.
IMAGICAT
Odin lands and takes the fish, to have his share.
Birdie Num Num's brilliant DU summary 2017
Good morning, all! Odin has paid a visit:
EJ is looking particularly beautiful this morning:
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
EJ is up:
Settled again:
EJ just did a tour-de-nest with little pips, and is settled again.
Morning Clare. Thanks for the snaps, it'll save me ;)
By the way the Ying Tong posts are taking over the Community again so I don't know how long we'll all be able to post for. I'm glad Odin delivered a fish nice and early!
You know he waits until you are here Clare! LoL
Birdies LG DU update.
I'll just post these to show how quickly #2 has learned to keep up with where EJ (and possible food) is.
I'm sure Little One will be just fine. EJ has repeatedly shown herself to be conscientious when it comes to feeding.
Good morning Clare, Mike and Moffer. Thanks for the updates and pictures. Thanks Scylla for the early shift. Hope it doesn't rain too much today.

Hi, Noc! Odin has kindly brought the fish back:
What is it with Odin and blocking our view of feeding time?
ODIN!!!!!!
