One egg laid early and dispensed with, two further eggs being cherished by MrsG and Aran.
It's been a wet April in Wales. Intruders a-plenty, but Aran seems to have forsaken his 'other woman' and is devoted to MrsG and his eggs.
This morning @ about 0935hr - a fish for MrsG:
Delivery with rather weak sound, but it's something ;-)

Tiger and Chloe's Osprey Info
Scared to write anything as read elsewhere that fortunately Ospreys seldom destroy eggs with their talons. I was worried that Clarach was walking all over Mrs G. Mrs G is looking after her eggs. Sorry for posting.
The scene this morning.
Mrs G is incubating with Clarach standing on the edge screaming for food.
She apparently left around 10 30pm only to return just before 5am.

Birdies LG DU update.
Emyr has just posted an update about Glaslyn on the Dyfi facebook page.
Thanks Mike will go check FB.....
What a situation here, Mrs.G is doing well to protect her eggs, the way Clarach was stamping all over Mrs.G's tail, I fear for the safety of the eggs is they were left exposed.
EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
When I was getting the snap earlier Mrs G rose slightly to turn the eggs and Clarach moved towards her BUT it seems, as was suggested elsewhere, that she took the movement to indicate that Mrs G was bending to eat fish which she clearly wanted. In the event there was no intrusion and Mrs G has turned again without a problem.
FISH.
Pandemonium but Clarach grabs it and is eating on the side of the nest with Mrs G back on the eggs and Arran standing looking perplexed!
No wonder Aran is looking perplexed Mike, why does he not chase Clarach away, I guess the Osprey rulebook is well and truly thrown out the window now.
Aran away now.....
He's just flown off! He clearly has no idea how to deal with this and Mrs G just sticks to her eggs.
