I think I will start MAY, 2016 quite simply with a current snippet of the LOCH GARTEN NEST with EJ quietly incubating her three eggs.
I assume now that at Dyfi there will be 0only 2 chicks. It appears Egg 2 did not hatch.
Maybe Monty could have supported another chick or two at another nest.
And keeping with Welsh Ospreys it is amazing that Blue 2R (Clarach)has turned up at Kielder. It is a wonder how they know where the nests are having returned to Wales and landing on Glaslyn then a trip to visit Rutland and now Kielder. Wonder how many more nests she has visited that we do not know about. Maybe a hop over the border next to Scotland.
Who can say? Clarach is touring the country and may well turn up in Scotland. Definitely more nests up there to choose from! I imagine that the people at the Dyfi Osprey Project would be over the moon if Clarach eventually (next year?) ended up at Kielder with one of the Glaslyn-born boys who are nesting there at the moment.
