A new month and lots to look forward to as we eagerly await these precious eggs which Maya and Blue 33(11) have devotedly protected, hatch!
For anyone new and just starting to watch the Rutland Manton Bay Webcam, here is a brief summary of the 2016 season so far:
The resident female, Maya returned 21 March. Her mate Blue 33(11) returned 27 March. Maya has laid three eggs, #1 on 4 April, #2 on 7 April and #3 on 10 April. Maya and 33(11) are currently sharing incubating duties and we should see a hatch around the second week in May.
Happy viewing

Another nice day by the looks of it. Still eating

33 was in and flew off before Maya started feeding so suspect he is on the campost waiting until Maya and the chicks are fed for his share.
Out today ... catch up later BFN

Good Morning everyone
Maya either nodded off or she was checking the osplets, one who is just sticking out from below her now :-)
