It looks like a snow free old wise lady on the nest, It is nice to see EJ not coved with the white stuff.
With about 14 days to hopefully to the first of her eggs hatching, lets hope that the snow stays away.
How elegant she looks in black and white.

I believe that Lowes is farther south than LG. Pitch dark here in Surrey now.
Kind regards, Ann
The night cam came on at 21:30 yesterday. If it is a clear sky at LG that might explain why the day cam is still on.
Yes, that, too, Limpy--clouds mean it is dark earlier, clear skies mean light lasts for longer--thanks, I'd forgotten about that. Might be cloudy at Lowes and clear at LG.
Wont be a fish coming now so hopefully she will get one in the morning.Night night all and thanks for all the updates.
This is getting strange. The light has not changed since Moffer's 21:28 capture.
22.21 Night cam on. (although I think we are running well behind real time due to all the buffers) Last year WendyB was in FH talking to us, and things she was reporting 'live' took 25 mins for us to see, the more buffering, the longer the time-out.
EJ is quiet now. Good night all.

Very strange indeed Limpy, I am up at the top in Caithness, 3 hours roughly north of LG and it is black dark with us. Once darkness has fallen here all of GB is dark!
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Aw well, we know now. Good night all.
New thread starts here.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
