What more could we have asked of yesterday? The weather was almost perfect, for LG. No intruders. A second fish, after the generosity and earliness of the first, would be very ungrateful of us.
And tonight we are blessed with a lovely nightcam, we may see their flying shadows on the trees if we're lucky.
A moment of alertness:
IMAGICAT
Hello my fellow Ospreyholics :-)
Many thanks for all the updates, pictures etc. I thoroughly enjoyed reading through the DU so far. Great to see Odin has delivered two fish. Big fish too so EJ must be a very happy girl. Glad the weather at LG has been mainly good today. Mind you to translate an Ospreyish saying: There's no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong plumage.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Good evening all. Thankyou all fior the updates and lovely pics. Its so nice to see the nest is peaceful so far and hope it remains so! Bt the way, what is that horrible looking pink wooly stuff in the nest?
LOL Paul!!! :-)
Thank you all for your updates and pics, great to see a lovely pair having a more peaceful time than last year, so far.

I'm catching up and this is as far as I've got.

Odin badly landed on EJ's tail.
Prior to that, EJ had splayed herself out while attempting to get up to turn the eggs:
Here is that incident followed by Odin's "accidental" landing on EJ's tail ;-)

Glad to see you back in gear, if multitasking as usual ;-)
I see that BIRDIE has come up trumps with the fish video, thank you, Birdie :-)

Absolutely! Nothing can compensate for the awful cam, but that nearly does. Sometimes I get quite depressed watching Dyfi because of the dinginess of it.
Anyway, a quite good day was had by both at LG. Smile.
