Well I guess the opening post to this Daily Update, won't be as dramatic as the last one. Welcome my fellow Ospreyholics to another day in the 2016 LG Osprey season. EJ is currently watching something, or someone while incubating three gorgeous eggs (she does decorate them beautifully) , and Odin will be perched on a nearby branch. Here's to another great day :-)
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
EJ does seem to be very watchful. I wonder what catches her attention. Mind you, I'll always be amazed by Osprey eyesight :-)
Hi Heron. I though you were hallucinating last night but it seems you were right. There were three eggs in the nest.
Tiger Signature
EJ has just been up for a jolly good flap - it sounded better than it looked, unfortunately, with so many pauses in the activity. Such a lovely ghostly rustle.

"EJ's nighttime constitutional, sounds better than it looks" (if you've got loud speakers plugged in ;-) ).
IMAGICAT
Great captures Scylla showing off our lovely EJ so well with her three precious eggs ... will save vid for morning when I'll be able to listen using new external speakers on laptop, be a good test for them!

Thanks for another great video, scylla. I'm a metal head, so of course my speakers have to be up loud. As a certified Ospreyholic, they can't get loud enough :-)
She just gave another demo :-) Will post later - it's breakfast/lunch/tea/dinnertime here (not sure).
Later...
Just one novelty pose:

Since my last lot of neighbours moved in, my style is severely cramped :'(
Morning all. Thanks Heron for starting the day and Scylla for her overnight posts, pics and vids.
EJ is awake, no snow thankfully, and looking toward the cam tree.

EJ and I heard a mystery croaker:
That almost sounds like a Corncrake, but totally the wrong place. They breed on the Western Isles. Perhaps one passing as it heads home?
