It was wonderful to see both Maya and Blue 33(11) return much earlier this year. Maya arrived back on the 21 March and 33(11) on 27 March .
Since arriving back Maya and 33 have reestablished their partnership and are busy preparing their nest to hold these precious eggs which we so eagerly await.
Maya laid her eggs after 9 days last year so we could see eggs anytime from 6 April.
Just missed who grabbed it.
Too late to see any action. ENS for me now.

A minute later 33 flies in, stops on the nest, then flies up to the Perch.

Both on the nest looking out as though they were following some other bird, only one on nest now.
And now there are NONE on the nest. :-)
33 on the nest but then flew away but judging by the wobble one is on the perch
Morning all, thanks for all the updates and captures.
Another dreary looking start to the day ... I am so missing your sunrises Mary
As I type, 33 flies in just now and mates

When closing down at night I noticed the tail end piece of fish so I think 33 is still to go fishing?
He has just flown in with a stick and off again.
I am finding my wide angle view very dull this morning and wondering if it is the camera or is it really as dull as this?
Also strange how the cameras change over ... I usually have the wide angle at the bottom but some some reason it is the top cam this morning!
Good morning all. Thankyou all for the lovely captures! I love the photo of Maya and Blue33 watching the sunrise together! Fabulous photos of 28 33 fishing at the trout farm in the blog :) There are some super talented photographers out there willing to share their beautiful shots! Many thanks to them too
