I think that as Foulshaw Moss has such a good webcam, it would be better to have its own Thread. I hope others don't mind.
The webcam is up and running now.
The male, identified by his 'White YW' leg ring, hatched at Bassenthwaite in 2008. The female, identified by her 'Blue 35' leg ring, hatched at Kielder in 2010. Their three youngsters born in spring 2015 can be identified by their blue leg rings: V2 and V3 appear to be female, and little V4 (the last chick born) a boy.

Still no one in @ Foulshaw Moss. I am sure that grass is growing by the day, they will need a scythe to get it all out. Will be interesting to see the transformation of the nest once they come back.
Doing my Miss Marple here, now the last screen shot did not have a clod on the nest. Does this mean we have had a visit from an Osprey. It wouldn't just fly up there itself would it LOL.... Also a passing Osprey wouldn't go to the bother of leaving a clod on the nest. So will have to keep an eye on the nest today.
LATEST UPDATE from Foulshaw Moss. Unverified sighting of an Osprey in the area.
An osprey is alleged to have landed on this nest in the last hour or so.

A lovely ethereal scene at Foulshaw Moss this morning. Is this going to be the day we see an Osprey on this nest.
An hour later and still we wait, but what a pretty scene. Looks like a painting :-)
Latest news from Foulshaw Moss. An Osprey landed on the nest but only there for a little while.
On enlarging the photo, it doesn't look like the resident male. Debating on FB who it could be :-)
It must have been a passer by on the nest the other day. :-(
The sun is rising on FM will today will be the day for an Osprey arrival here.
Fingers crossed, lovely sunrise picture.
