Lots of action at Dunedin today

They may not be Starling and I am sure Mary posted that Aberfoyle posted about the returning male that it was "possibly" Drunkie - it was not a positive ID. (correct me if I'm wrong Mary :-) )
We'll just have to wait until we get an update from them :-)
Yes Karen - that was on the Facebook page on the 3rd, and Mary did post that info on here. Of course they maybe don't update often.

Karen/Starling - I keep checking their FB page for any update but nothing been posted since 6 April which was on other subjects.
When I looked at the cam yesterday I only seen one Osprey on it with its back to us so don't know who it was.
Karen your snip of the Tweed Valley Osprey certainly looks like the one I took the other day. Just wish we could see it move to check if it is White SS :-)

Mary - I do think it is the same osprey but even if we saw a ring, it would not be clear enough for us to + ID. Personally I think we are going to have to wait on TV updating us.
I'm planning a trip down the borders soon so will try to stop by and see what I can find out.
Karen I am sure Diane will do a blog if White SS is sighted back on the nest, although it would be hard for us to ID they will be able to do it on their big screens at either Kailzie or Glentress. :-)
Hope you can find out some info when you go down there.
The unringed female is still at Aberfoyle, I just took a few screenshots of her, she kept ducking but I couldn't see an intruder, she was doing this for last ten minutes or so.
She flew away and hasn't been back since.

No chance of us seeing a ring number now Karen LOL.....
