LOOKING FORWARD TO 2016 BRINGING US A FULL NEST AT LOCH GARTEN WITH EJ AND ODIN AT THE HELM.
Good afternoon all. June was so pleased to see the Warren House inn pictured even with the menu! Rabbit is served also in the pub neasr to where I live its apparently very healthy and low fat but I personall do not eat it as had many pet rabbits as a child! But do not eat meat anyway.
Also delighted to see the pic of all the bald eagles and another conservation success story, It can be done and theres hope for all our other declining species :)
June Brilliant news youve heard from Fish. Hope she is well and happy! Shes always missed on here. I supose she just got fed up with techy problems and time also probably an issue but great news :)
Keith that is amazing the glossy Ibis appearing as far North as Scotland. It has been seen in Dungeness. I wonder if this is a result of Global warming? Even more surprising is the sighting of the little swft, hope they will not come to harm.
Thankyou all for your new year good wishes and the same to you all but im not so imaginative as you are with the cards, which are lovely
Good afternoon all. A new blog from Loch Garten with lots of fabulous photos of the reserve! :)

Good morning all. June what a brilliant photo of the snowy owl! A very cold frosty morning this morning and makes a pleasant change from the constant rain and hopefully much welcome respite for all those suffering the floods .
All good wishes to Everyone for a Happy, Healthy and bird-filled New Year!
June, Love the Bald Eagle tree and the Snowy Owl--what gorgeous birds they are!
Willow and Keith, We saw a Glossy Ibis at Frampton Marsh in the summer of 2014. Have you seen one? It was lovely but smaller than we expected.
Kind regards, Ann
