Hi all: "Early" starting new thread tonight. Gary! Was lurking on Facebook (so many LG pages there I can't keep up!) and noticed you'd had to cancel the trip. Bummer!
Has been quiet on the nest; EJ just got up to count her eggs - all present and correct!
OK well it's clearly light at LG, but the bright light is still on, which makes EJ look like she's gone blonde - or grey- overnight. With three chicks in the works, I'd bet on gray. Oh dear, still vaccilate between U.S. and UK spellings there... Oh. Now bright light has gone off and we have normal black and white.
I'm not staying up late at all tonight; day has been a tad stressful; this evening not relaxing at all (see Weekly Chat if anyone's really interested, but it's not that compelling so no biggie).
Color and loud buzz now at LG. EJ calling quietly (thank you EJ, I had quite enough noise earlier this evening).
You do sound a little stressed out, Annette! We have colour on the nest now, and all seems serene and calm.
Smiles, Jan.
I'm expecting Odin to come flying in over the trees any minute (can't see any evidence of his bobbly head on that lower branch). Oh, and EJ is calling quite insistently now.
Hey Wattle: The buzz is somehow relaxing tonight.... :-)
Hi Annette and Wattie all is well at LG?

Seems like it's getting windy at LG. And much as I admire our intrepid EJ - oh now - I was just going to sign off but she's got up - and here comes Odin! Oh has just asked what "that" noise is. "The wind in the mike at LG," says I. "Oh," he says. "It's so nice to have sound effects from Scotland."
EJ called Odin and he came to the nest thinking she wanted him to egg sit. She stood up when she saw him coming, but sat right back down on the eggs when she saw he came empty talons LOL
I think wanted a fish

Hey jsb: Well, as you can see, our duo is enjoying a quiet moment before they change shifts, speaking of which, it looks like the UK crowd is stirring...
