To the nest (Freudian typo!) best of our knowledge, Odin was not led astray by the female intruder who appeared for significant periods yesterday.
We have a nice nest with a bit of hinterland tonight. It's very quiet - no wind or rain heard.
IMAGICAT
I got signed out and when I got back in the buttons were unresponsive :-(
However, all I have to say is that it's a dry and windless night still.
I thought I heard a couple of chirps - very short ones.
Misty now?
The 'chirps' may be the sonic artefacts I've been hearing all season.
Thanks to Chloe & Tiger's precious data (see my sig for link), we can see that hardly any "last seen" times have been recorded for Odin. But last year he was last seen @ 1745hr.
Lighter, misty, quiet.
Had to replace snap, first one no good.

If MOFFER has been watching and listening, I hope she will confirm that there has been no sound of Odin this morning... yet!
Big buffer just then :-)
It sounds as tho there's an insect caught in the mike :-/
This snap is just me experimenting.
